We are a fun loving crew who enjoy the fine craft of BBQ. We smoke exclusively on cherry wood for its sweet and subtle smoke flavor. Our food is freshly cooked between 8-12 hours daily. ABOUT US:

Hi! My name is Bryan Royster and I am the owner of Royster’s Barbeque Company. I'd like to take a minute to tell you a little about my story. Before this, I worked in sales my entire life. In the back of my mind I always knew I wanted to open up a restaurant, I just wasn't sure what kind of restaurant, how to go about it, or if I could even do it. The more I thought about it the more I wanted to start a BBQ Restaurant. Then, during the pandemic I got my first commercial smoker. I ran a small catering business out of the front of my house for 2 years, before realizing I could fulfill my dream, and turn my side job into a full-fledged business! So, on Saturday, April 30, 2022, Royster’s BBQ Co. was born. Anytime you come into Royster’s, you will see my entire family or pieces of it. My oldest son Alessio, is my second “Pit Master” and my youngest son Hunter, is my complaints department. My sons are here almost every day to welcome you in. Lastly Skyler, my daughter, is always cheering me on, and eager to help with whatever she can. Above all, providing each and every one of my customers with a family-friendly, unforgettable experience, is my number one goal. From my food to my service, I hope everyone can find joy and a piece of home at Royster’s BBQ Co.
